Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and Good command
over English,Result Oriented with Planning & Organizing. Maintenance
& upkeep Official Files. Knowledge of shorthand, Advanced
proficiency in computers-MS Office/Power Point etc.
- Assisting Head in Day-to-Day activities,
- Drafting Letter, Mails, MOMs, IOMs, etc.
for circulation on behalf of MD,
- Handling Telephone & Mobile calls &
replying them accordingly,
- Filing, Indexing and Documentation,
- Organizing / Scheduling Meetings,
- Receiving Mails and replying them
accordingly,
- Preparing Itinerary
- Coordinating / follow-ups with Office
Departments and branches for work updation and reviews and smooth work flow.
