Job Description:

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities
with new customers. Identifying business opportunities for Leasing/Selling Industrial and
Residential commercial Lands. Site Visits.
 Plan & execute sales strategies for industrial Plots in various sites.
 To research, analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment & analyze all
sales activities of our business.
 Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual sales plans
for the sales strategy.
 Responsible for sales and Marketing of Industrial Plot, Industrial Land, Ware House
Land, Approved NOC /CLU Land & Ready to move Industrial Factories in Bahadurgarh.
 Arranging, coordinating and doing business meetings with prospective buyers, investors.
 Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
to communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
 Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships
through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
 Presenting monthly business performance report to the senior management.
Generating revenue based on references.
