) Handle all intra - office jobs communication between MD & relevant departments.
2) Update all office documents, communicate with related departments, update documents and follow up.
3) Maintain office records of all relevant documents.
4) Follow up maintenance, after sales service , purchases, Purchase & sales documents etc with related departments & customers.

All in all to take up most responsibilities of MD for daily communication & factory work job
