Profile - Operations Coordinator
Location - Dwarka Mode, Delhi
Industry - Insurance Surveyor
Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 2 to 6 Years

Duties and Responsibilities-
1-Update and maintain data of varied business lines using both proprietary business systems, and Third Party business systems.
2-Conduct operational tasks such as: Field Survey, data reconciliation, processing surveyors record updates.
3-Provide direct support to the Director of Operations
4-Respond in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner to all e-mails and phone calls.
Experience and Credentials-
1- Bachelor’s Degree required
2- 2-5 years of experience as a coordinator in either program management, sales, customer service etc. Experience in internal and external customer service is preferred.
3- Successful candidates will be solutions oriented, highly organized, and demonstrate the ability to handle numerous details.
4- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5- Applicants must exhibit professional and courteous communication.
6- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
7- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment with little supervision; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
9- Applicants should be comfortable with technology, learning new software programs, problem solving.
