Job Summary

Office Coordinator / Operation

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for planning & organising of product installations ,Manpower , Material & Fund in coordination with Corporate Office.
  • To oversee the administrative operations of the business at PAN India which includes Corporate Office and Branch Offices
  • Liaisoning with the Customer for Business Development.
  • Coordination with corporate office for MIS report of submission.
  • Maintenance & upkeep the Official Files
  • Coordination with corporate office for MIS report of submission
  • Should be able to handle Min 30 technician team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be Graduate.
  • Good Communication skill in English/hindi (Verbal/ written.
  • Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
  • Responsiveness/ energy & initiatives to resolve employee issues
  • Team Handling/ Management
  • Minimum 3-4 Years experience

Key Skill:
Good communication Skills, Good working knowledge in MS Word/ Excel/ Google Spread Sheet and Internet.
