Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Manage schedules and deadlines of all the routine Admin work
- Monitor and the purchasing of new material
- Administration and Liasoning
- Housekeeping and Facility Management
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Setting up of new offices
- Responsible for day–to-day maintenance of centres
- Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles
- Responsible for renovation work (existing / new)
- Monitor costs and expenses
- Vendor Management
- Regulatory compliance
- General Administration
- Facility Management
- Procurement and Vendor Management
- Security Management
- Liasoning with various Govt. Authorities
Skills required:
- The Ideal candidate would be in the profile of a Heading the department dealing with large manpower.
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with team building skills would also be expected in the desired candidate.
