experience

Qualification -B. Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post-
Graduation Not Mandatory

Experience -10-20 Years

 

Job Description :-

 

1-We are looking for a candidate having 10+ Years of strong exposure in solar Industry especially in Solar
Utility scale projects, Roof top PV Projects, Solar PV Module Sales Marketing, Solar Products Selling and
Channel Development
2-Should have worked in a Managrial sales role managing a team for a minimum period of 4-years for the
sales of Solar Product / solutions to Rooftop & Ground Mounted MW projects in North India
3-Past experience of working closely with prominent Solar Developers / EPC players is mandatory as
experience required for this position
4-Carry the companys complete Lightning Protection & Grounding Products/solution portfolio to the
identified accounts ( both Rooftop & MW Ground mounter solar accounts)
5-Identify the customer requirement and provide product, project, EPC or knowledge based solution
6-Drive the complete sales cycle for indentified projects (Solar MW & Products) including enquiry
generation, offer submission, techno-commercial discussion, financial negotiation, contract signing etc.
7-Shall manage a team of 2-3 downline Asst. Sales Managers / Sales Engineers team and review their
sales cycle (for enquiry generation quotation order negotiations -shipment) for the states/territories of
Delhi/NCR / UP / Rajasthan / Haryana / Uttarakhand / HP & J&K)

Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market- share targets of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit targets ▪ Work closely with project execution team, to make sure promises are delivered, and customer trust is gained ▪ The candidate shall be responsible for managing sales, after sales, including payment collection (direct & distribution accounts) for the North India market (comprising the states/territories of Delhi/NCR / UP / Rajasthan / Haryana / Uttarakhand / HP & J&K)
