Profile -Regional Sales Manager(Solar) West (Mumbai-based)
Salary - 11 - 12 LPA + Huge Incentive
Location - West (Mumbai-based)
Industry -Solar (Industry with Solar Products selling past experience)
Qualification -B. Tech/B.E.-Electrical, Electronics PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Mandatory
1-Will be responsible for working closely with major Electrical Consultants / EPC Electrical Contractor offices for understanding the Project requirements & defining the Technical Specifications -Tendering - Bid Preparation - Order booking-Installation support.
2-Good Contacts & Network with the Electrical Consultants / Contractors is mandatory
3-The candidate shall be responsible for managing sales, after sales, including payment collection (direct & distribution accounts) for the West India market (comprising the states of Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra, Goa)
4-Shall manage a team of 3-4 downline Sales Engineers team in managing their sales cycle (enquiry prospection – quotation – technical & commercial negotiations - follow up for order-shipment-POD submission to accounts-bill submission to the customer-timely payment recovery)
5-Shall be responsible for achieving the sales and collection targets for the region
6-Preparation of monthly sales forecasts and sales implementation plans for the team and delivery of monthly performance reports for the entire branch
