Experience: 1- 3 year

salary: 1.5 - 2.2 LPA

Qualification: Any

  • Must be fluent in English,
  • good communication and written skills, friendly, soft spoken.
  • Must have E-commerce knowledge
  • min 1 year experience in same role
  • Call and email responding experience
  • Call center experience preferred

  • Tele calling
  • Tele verification
  • Customer feedback calls
  • Email and social media queries response
  • Customer care support
  • Maintain record on excel
  • Update status on WMS
