Profile - Area Sales Manager
Salary - 20K to 25K + TA/DA
Role- Channel Sales for RO Water Purifier Industry
Qualification- Minimum Graduate / Post Graduate
1-Has a good understanding of Direct & Indirect sales
2-Has good knowledge of Geographical market of the assigned territory
3-Has good knowledge and experience of working with Distributors/Large format Retail chain Stores for Water purifier/Kitchen Appliances
4-Has a strong ability to draw and execute localized Sales & distribution Strategy
5-Has good ability of collecting/compiling competition information and analysing
6-Willing to travel extensively
7-Willing to work as a team member
1-Achieving value and volume sales targets in the assigned territory of business
2-Identify right distribution/channel partners in the assigned territory
3-Mapping and acquiring business from the institutional buyers in the assigned territory
4-AR collection and management as per company policy
5-Administering Sales/ Pricing policies to different channel partners as per the company pricing policies.
6-Drawing and implementing localized sales strategy for continuous business enhancement
7-Training the sales team of the distributors/retailers in Product knowledge and assigning sales targets to the sales personnel of channel partners and motivating them to achieve the results in the defined time frame.
