Job Description:

Position: customer relationship manager (E-commerce Fashion Industry)

Location: Mangolpuri, Delhi

Experience: 1-5 year

Salary: 15-25k

Industry: fashion/ garment/ Apparel/ ecommerce

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

➢ Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.

➢ Assist customers via phone, email and chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction and retention.

➢ Provides Friendly Professional and Personalized customer service at all times

➢ Manages difficult customer situations responding promptly to the needs of the customer resolving issues in the most cost-effective manner while maximizing customer satisfaction

➢ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about new products, ongoing promotions and personalized offers.

➢ Escalates unresolved customer issues to supervisor as necessary.

➢ Tracks orders and provides delivery status using multiple manifest systems and other tracking methods including external sites such as Ecom, Bluedart and FedEx.

➢ Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products within SLA and services and payment receipts.

➢ Process return orders, Issues customer refunds and update in system.

➢ Uses social media to help promote the company’s products and services.

➢ Managing catalogue and discount update on website (www.johnpride.in)

➢ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

➢ 1+ years of Customer Service Experience (E-commerce Fashion Industry preferred)

➢ Must have good communication skills in both English and Hindi.

➢ Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

➢ Strong attention to detail

➢ must have good computer skills.

➢ Knowledge of Unicommerce will be preferred.

➢ Proficient in Excel, Word and office tools

➢ Digital and E-commerce experience preferred.

➢ Able to begin tasks with limited supervision

➢ Maintain stable performance and poise in high stress situations

➢ Understand and process new information quickly

➢ Understand the value of creating customer loyalty
