• The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
• Order completion with respect to the document policy guidelines as laid by the company.
• 100% adherence to the sales processes including the timely payment deposition basis the defined stages in close consultation with the construction team.
• Keeping close relationship with the customer till the time of lift handover.
• He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
• The Business Development Executive will research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed; and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.
• Attending to the leads provided by the Lead management team & Update the Lead management team periodically on the stages as per SPANCO sales process.
• Daily Cmt/ Achievement adherence as per mode (WA/ Email/ Telecom/ other)defined by the management
