Job Responsibilities

        The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

        Order completion with respect to the document policy guidelines as laid by the company.

        100% adherence to the sales processes including the timely payment deposition basis the defined stages in close consultation with the construction team.

        Keeping close relationship with the customer till the time of lift handover.

        He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the management updated about marketplace and competitor activity

        The Business Development Executive will research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed; and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

        Attending to the leads provided by the Lead management team & Update the Lead management team periodically on the stages as per SPANCO sales process.

        Daily Cmt/ Achievement adherence  as per mode (WA/ Email/ Telecom/ other)defined by the management
