Position: Key Account Manager (Textile/ Designer house)- Female
Experience: 5-15 year

Experience from textile industry /designer house preferred.
promote the products through Architects/IDs, PMCs, Construction Co.s, etc.
Only for people living in Delhi NCR.
Not a remote opportunity, office and on-field job, should be willing to travel.
● One point of contact for the clients, serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
● Develop trust and maintain relationships with major clients.
● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, translate them to the design team.
● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Follow up with clients for new projects.
● Coordinate with the production and finance team, ensure the products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and keep them updated with the status of their service weekly.
● Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
● Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
● Prepare regular reports of progress, revenue and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
● Proven experience as key account manager or a relationship manager
● Experience in sales with visible results and providing solutions based on customer needs.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
● Excellent organizational skills.
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
● BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
