As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for experienced React Native Developers to join our rapidly growing team of 80+ members in Gurgaon and Noida locations. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and implementing products and mentoring other team members. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing code primarily in React Native.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·         You will be writing code in React Native targeting the latest versions of our technology stack and encouraged to think creatively in order to fully utilize these tools.

·         You will participate in regular design sessions, code reviews and agile ceremonies.

·         You will work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales

·         You will Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate

·         You will Identify areas for modification inside our code-base and champion their improvement

·         You will lead by example, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution

·         You will also coordinate with Clients directly on various aspects of the project lifecycle.

·         You will be crafting pleasing mobile screens using HTML/CSS or other native tools

·         You will monitor own solution and optimize the code to use deliver high performance and less size of React Native Components

·         You will engage in Unit Test Creation and leading CSS Frameworks

·         You will be building reusable components and front - end libraries for future use

·         You will be translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

·         Sometimes you might be giving technical interviews to clients or internal teams before you are on-boarded on new projects.

Requirements & Skills:

·         3-7 years of development experience

·         Modern web/front-end framework (React Native)

·         Typescript, CSS or LESS, Javascripts, HTML/CSS.

·         Modern source control systems (like Git, Bitbucket )

·         Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

·         Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.

·         Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

·         Experience with popular React Native workflows (such as Mobx or Redux).

 

Good to have:

·         Agile, Scrum, TDD

·         Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)

·         Experience with unit testing frameworks

·         SonarQube and writing clean code best practices

·         Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology

·         Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.
