We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with experience working on digital projects such as responsive websites, and apps in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can communicate their user experience decisions effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

The successful candidate will have a passion for adapting to feedback and delivering creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

 

Required Skills & Experience

·         BS in graphic design, computer science, user experience design or qualifying years of experience.

·         Strong knowledge of UX and digital design best practices, including usability, design systems and interaction design

·         Strong UI visual design skills, such as user interface design, typographic systems and applying brand standards

·         Experience in participating and executing workshops with cross-functional teams

·         Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into designs

·         Experience running user tests with various user testing platforms

·         Ability to advocate for the best user experience while also being open to client feedback and iterating accordingly

·         Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         Demonstrated track record of delivering work on time and within budgeted hours

·         Impeccable organization, time management, and attention to detail

·         Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

·         Familiar with the fundamentals of responsive web design

·         Ask thoughtful questions, take risks, be creative, and bring new ideas to the table.

 

Qualifications

·         BS in graphic design, computer science, user experience design or qualifying years of experience.

·         At least 1 year of experience as a UX designer, UX/UI designer, digitally-focused visual designer or product designer

·         Ability to produce high-quality UX design solutions through flow diagrams and prototypes

·         Ability to provide guidance on how to implement visual designs to cross-functional teams

·         Experience in an agency setting

·         3+ years of experience

·         Proficient with modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD

·         An understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

·         Portfolio of or examples (links) of sample projects highlighting design for web based applications, mobile applications & consumer facing web sites and/or applications.

·         Strong problem-solving skills
