Roles & Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates,
. Issue Appointment & Offer letter for the new Employees
. Update Joining and Left employees sheet
. Make monthly payslips
. Issue Letters like Experience, Warning etc
. Take care of Office maintenance and cleanliness
. Maintain Attendance sheet
· Search, screen & source profiles from Database, job boards, and social media through headhunting & referrals
· Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
· Recruitment coordination (setup interview, candidate tracking/follow-up, follow-up for the feedback, warm-up call, etc.)
· Coordinating with candidates and hiring panel for seamless execution of interview process
· Offers Closure collect and validate candidates documents, offer discussion and negotiations, secure necessary approvals, and release offer letters.
· Perform candidate engagement activities with offered and potential to be offered, candidates.
· Candidate/Employee database management
· Should be multitasking.
· Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
· Highly motivated, self-starter. Strong work ethics and team player.
· Display excellent customer service towards internal and external customers.
· Highly reliable and trustworthy
