- Maintaining and regularly updating all employee records and HR Dashboards/Reports by collating relevant internal & external data
- Responsible for collecting data from all functions and making it available for evaluation at all times
- Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment including printing of offer/appointment letters, sending regret letters to rejected candidates, creation of employee files, updating records, intimating IT about new joinee & facilitating creation of mail id etc.
- Prepare documentation for employees when required e.g. relieving letters, experience certificates etc.
- Facilitating Salary Account opening & supporting Payroll management by timely input of salary and attendance details
- Managing the exit process coordinating with finance for F&F, issuing relieving letters and answering all employee queries pertaining to exit formalities
