Responsible for End-to-End recruitment, right from manpower requisition, sourcing to on-boarding.
Understand the priority of the requirements and work accordingly to find suitable candidates in the least possible time.
To perform end-to-end recruitment and delivery; second level Quality Check of candidates to make sure candidates are properly locked before submitting their candidature to the concerned team.
To identify qualified candidates utilizing various sources internal resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network.
Candidate must be a graduate or post graduate.
Candidate must have excellent communication skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be flexible & adaptable.
Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Basic working knowledge of Computers.
