Position: Assistant Manager (Sales Administration)- Female

Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi

Experience: 2-8 year exp prefer exp in tendering in oil/power/fertilizer industry

Gender Preference: Female.

Age: Below 35 years.

Reporting To: Managing Director/ Sr. Manager.

 

 

Job Description/ Responsibilities: The job responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to the same.

 

  • Assisting company’s principals in preparing / compiling documentation for bidding to enable

them to produce quality tender submissions

  • Handling E-tendering activities from preparing documents to be submitted, uploading the bid

etc.

  • Generate new enquiries & conversion of offers in to purchase orders.
  • Keeping track of developments at client’s end with respect to submitted Bids. Facilitating and
  • expediting replies to TQs/ CQs raised by the clients from the Principals. Coordinating with

Company’s Principals for timely and proper execution of Purchase Orders..

  • Assisting the Sales Team for promoting the entire range of products being marketed by the Company, thereby achieving increased market share and profitability.
  • Attending technical/ commercial Pre Bid and Post Bid meetings with the Clients.
  • Maintaining proper co-ordination between the Principals and the Clients.
  • Maintaining regular interaction with the customers to develop good relations with them to ensure their support for current and future projects.

 

It may kindly be noted that the Incumbent would be groomed by our Company for the job to enable him to discharge his responsibilities diligently.

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA. Should possess good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

 

Experience: person with around 5 years experience in handling the oil and gas, pipeline, refineries products.

 

Personal Traits: The Candidate should be a self-starter and target oriented person. She must possess good planning, organizing and execution skills. She should have pleasing personality and should be good in written and verbal English She should also have the ability to work in a demanding environment and should be willing to travel.

 

Compensation Offered: Salary package would commensurate with the qualification and experience of the Candidate.
