Job Description:

Positions: Chemical Process Engineer

Experience: - 3-10 year in Process Engineering, Project Management

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Chemical

Qualification: BE/ME (Chemical)

Core Process Engineering & detailed design with advanced manufacturing technologies and equipments in Aromatic/Specialty Chemicals or any chemical Industries having experience in batch process.

Knowledge of Simulation of Heat Exchanger and Distillation Columns, Heat exchanger design using Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD & HTRI (Optional)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Process development, optimization, process scale up & technology transfer.

Skills required:

·         Process FEED & Detailed Engineering

·         Mass balance & Heat balance calculation.

·         Detailing of BFD, PFD & P&ID

·         Equipment selection and sizing, Preparation of process and utility equipment specification

·         Pump hydraulics and Power consumption, Line sizing for liquids & Gases, Pressure drop calculation, knowledge of Type of valves & Applications.

·         Knowledge of Distillation column design.

·         Design & Classifications of Storage Tanks as per API650.
