Position: Mecgnaical Design Engineer

Location: Ghaziababd

Experience: 3-10 year

Industry: Manufacturing

Design & Drawing:

Design the machine using appropriate Engineering standards and practise

Prepare 2D & 3D drawings & the assembly of the machine on solidworks/ & autocad Technical &

Operations:

Ensure the machines are being made technically fit and the technical parameters of the machines offered are being followed in manufacturing

Prepare Activity plan & production plan so that the machines are being made on time & ensure material is ordered on time through followup

Site visits & client visits for Technically understanding the requirementQuality & Inspection:

Inspect the material & check if it is fit physically and dimensionally & ensure the quality of material is upto mark.

Record dimensions of incoming machines

Documentation

Prepare Quality Assurance plant, Production plan, Estimation, Factory acceptance tests, Test Certificates, Servicing and commissioning reports, Inspection reports, Foundation Drawing, General Assembly Drawing, Minutes of Meeting, Operation & Maintenance manual etc
