Position: Warehouse Operations Executive

Location: Sector-63, Noida

WE are looking for a Warehouse Executive to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

 

 

Qualification and Experience:

·         Bachelor degree in logistics or any related field

·         2 years of experience

·         1-year experience in billing, stock management, etc.

·         Should have hands-on experience in MS Excel & ERP

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

·         Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company policies and vision

·         Working with various teams for process implementation.

·         Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations

·         Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

·         Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

·         Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements

·         -Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system

·         Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.

·         Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines

·         Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
