Job Description:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including Contract-to-Contract (C2C), Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring, along with client handling responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Handle client interactions, understand their hiring needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and job portals.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding recruitment activities and progress.
