·         candidate must have experience in Leather accessories export house (bags, belt wallet)

• Oversee production processes for leather accessories.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement technical strategies for product development.
• Manage a team of technicians and production staff.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet client requirements.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Address and resolve technical issues in production.

Qualifications:
