Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in Snowflake and integrating it with Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Snowflake database, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Intelligence Cloud (optional but preferred), and supporting data-driven marketing strategies by creating seamless user journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and optimize the Snowflake database for data storage, retrieval, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and availability.

·         Design and implement data integration processes between Snowflake and Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud and Intelligence Cloud (preferred).

·         Collaborate with marketing teams to support data-driven strategies and campaigns, providing insights into customer journeys and marketing performance.

·         Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to facilitate real-time data flow between Snowflake and Salesforce.

·         Support the development of user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data is properly synced for effective targeting and campaign execution.

·         Create reports and dashboards (preferably in Salesforce Intelligence Cloud) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into marketing performance.

·         Ensure all data processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

 

Qualifications:

·         Extensive experience with Snowflake, including data architecture, pipeline management, and advanced data querying.

·         Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation within Snowflake.

·         Experience with data integration between Snowflake and Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud and Intelligence Cloud preferred).

·         Solid understanding of ETL processes and API integration for real-time data synchronization.

·         Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and supporting marketing teams through data insights.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide recommendations.

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Intelligence Cloud (Datorama) is a plus but not required.

·         Familiarity with other marketing analytics platforms and their integration with Snowflake.
