Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

·         Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

·         Oversee legal compliances related to labor laws and employee regulations.

·         Manage general administration tasks to support the HR department.

·         Organize employee welfare activities and company events to boost engagement.

·         Support employee relations and provide assistance in handling grievances.
