Position: Vice President – Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10 + year with builder firm in B2B sales expertise.

Salary: Negotiable

Industry: real estate

Reporting To: CEO

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Craft and execute strategic sales plans to fuel business expansion.

·         Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.

·         Cultivate strong relationships with Real Estate sector.

·         Drive B2B partnerships, identifying new opportunities for growth.

·         Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to fine-tune sales tactics.

·         Ensure seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations teams.

 

Requirements:

·         8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the B2B sales expertise.

·         Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.

·         A history of achieving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.

·         Strong negotiation and communication prowess.
