Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our building materials business (ACP, Glass, Tiles, etc.) in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B project sales, channel development, and team management within the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies for ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), Glass, Tiles, and other façade-related products.
• Identify and establish strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, project consultants, and channel partners.
• Drive project-based sales across residential, commercial, and institutional construction sectors.
• Manage a team of area sales managers, executives, and channel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, and opportunity identification in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue trends.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote the brand.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building material sales, especially in ACP, glass, tiles, or related façade products.
• Strong network of contacts in Hyderabad and South India construction market.
• Proven leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of project sales cycle, channel sales, and key account management.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
