Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in construction material sales and project execution

Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical preferred) OR MBA (Marketing)

Industry: Construction Materials / Building Materials / Infrastructure

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager with strong exposure to construction material sales, technical coordination, and project execution. The candidate will manage key accounts, support project tenders, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of construction material supply projects across Bangalore and Chennai.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle techno-commercial sales of construction materials (cement, steel, RMC, tiles, AAC blocks, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.)

·         Manage project-based sales from enquiry to execution and closure

·         Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects

·         Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, costing, pricing & commercial proposals

·         Support tendering, negotiations, and order finalization

·         Ensure timely execution, delivery coordination, and billing follow-ups

·         Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams

·         Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts

·         Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong knowledge of construction materials & applications

·         Techno-commercial understanding of projects & contracts

·         Excellent client handling & negotiation skills

·         Experience in project execution & coordination

·         Ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOQs

·         Strong communication & presentation skills

·         Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Email communication

·         Willingness to travel across project sites
