Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for our retail business. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to fashion or lifestyle brands, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluent English communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, and leadership roles
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Drive bulk hiring for retail stores as well as niche corporate positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendors
• Conduct preliminary screening and interviews ensuring quality talent fit
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Maintain hiring MIS, dashboards, and recruitment metrics
• Work closely with external recruitment agencies and vendors
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in retail brands
• Mandatory experience in fashion or lifestyle industry (preferred)
• Strong exposure to volume and lateral hiring
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
