Position; Business Development Manager- Building material (Architect, Facade fabricators exp)
Experience: 3+ year in Building material industry in project sales with Architect, Facade fabricators

Salary: negotiable

Location: Mumbai (Western, Central, South)

Industry: manufacturing / Building material industry

 

Building material Project sales with Architect/ Facade fabricators exp must.

Good English speaking skill

ACP/Formwork sales

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Build strong relationships with premium A & A+ category Architects, Facade Consultants, Fabricators and BuildersDevelopers, Contractors for brand approvals.

·         Drive Sales & MarketingBusiness DevelopmentProject Coordination, and Channel Management activities in the region.

·         Develop and maintain an updated database of existing and prospective clients.

·         Engage with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Project Management firms, and key stakeholders for project acquisition and product approvals.

·         Collaborate closely with Façade Consultants, Fabricators, and Contractors to strengthen brand presence and secure new business opportunities.

·         Plan and execute strategic business development initiatives to achieve regional sales targets.

·         Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support organizational strategy.

 

Key Skills & Requirements

·         Strong network with Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers, Façade Consultants & Contractors.

·         Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Channel Management.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to independently manage client relationships and drive project approvals.

·         Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
