Position; Sales Manager- Cyber Security/ IT Service

Experience: 3+ year in Cyber security/IT Service sales

Salary: negotiable

Location: Delhi, Hyderabad

Must have experience in Sales in Cyber Security/ IT Services.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in cybersecurity and IT services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, and a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in cybersecurity and IT services.

·         Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMBs, and key stakeholders.

·         Understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, SOC services).

·         Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.

·         Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.

·         Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

·         Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity needs.

·         Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         3+ years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity sales.

·         Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.

·         Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·         Experience in B2B enterprise sales is preferred.

·         Ability to build long-term client relationships.

·         Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience selling solutions like SIEM, SOC, VAPT, Cloud Security, or Managed Security Services.

·         Existing network of clients in Delhi / Hyderabad markets.

·         MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
