Job Description:

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Sector-70, Noida

Experience: 0– 2 year

Salary: 15k

Industry: Print Media

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in H.R. or should possess certified recruiter or H.R. courses

 

·         Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

·         Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

·         Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

·         Screen candidates resumes and job applications

·         Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

·         Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

 

 

Skill required:

 

·         should possess recruiting skills, sales skills, people skills, communication skills, marketing skills, problem solving skills, time management, negotiation skills for recruitment
