Position: TELECALLAR

Location: Sector-70, Noida

Experience: 0– 2 year

Salary: 12-15k

Industry: Print Media

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field or pursue technical training in graphic design

 

·         CONVERTING INBOUND/OUTBOUND LEADS TO SALES

·         Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis

·         operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other. Telecommunications technologies

·         Lead generation through Tele calling

·         explaining about the products/services and price to the prospective customers

·         responding to the customer queries

·         Maintaining the daily Call records and Customer details

·         excellent communication in Hindi and English
