RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
He would be responsible for driving a team for
Channel Sales (Distribution & Retailer) network.
·
He would be also responsible for achieving Sales
Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store visibility
and execute companys policy & strategies.
·
Will be responsible for sales in Bengaluru with
key responsibilities in meeting the sales target and ensuring maintaining
minimum stocks in the listed stores in the respective areas
·
Will be responsible for ensuring the team is
interacting in a fair manner with distributor and orders get passed on and are
delivered in time
·
Will be responsible for generating sales reports
of BDEs on a weekly/daily basis
·
Will be responsible to keep the team motivated
and firing on all cylinders
·
Distributor and Store Relationship Management:
Ensure distributor is in line with company strategy and is willing to go the
extra mile for the company. Negotiate the trading terms with the stores in line
with overall strategy and objectives of Place of Origin.
QUALIFICATION
& SKILL REQUIRED:
·
Should be MBA completed and have working
proficiency in English.
·
Should be well versed in Kannada and/or
Malayalam.
·
Selling should be his KEY STRENGTH.
·
Candidates with FMCG experience in Modern Trade
and General Trade with Distributors/RDS handling will be preferred.
·
Computer literacy essential
