Profile - Travel Sales Manger
Location - Paharganj, Delhi
Qualification - Graduate/Diploma in tourism
Experience - 3 to 10 years of experience preferably from travel companies
Job duties/Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients in person, over the chat, phone or via email to discuss their
travel and destination requirements.
Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
Generating lead and closing deal.
Driving sales of International holiday packages through B2B and B2C. Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking.
Monitoring competitors activities and collecting data.
Advising clients on suitable options for international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Researching and recommending new opportunities.
Providing up to date advice on travel
regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Should be good at achieving sales target within given timelines.
Good knowledge of international destinations, suppliers & hotels.
Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, selling of packages.
Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
Should be passionate about Sales and travel
activities and target oriented.
Should be expert in handling client online Queries.
Enthusiastic with excellent negotiation Skills.
