Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Dispatch processing, confirmation, delivery to respective customers.
2. Responsible for maintaining Incoming and Outgoing registers for all products.
3. To make a packing list and share it with the respective marketing team member.
4. To maintain GRN (Goods Received Notes) and DC (Delivery Challan) for every product coming in and product sold respectively.
5. To maintain current order sheets and delivery milestones on Closed order Sheet.
6. Manage and maintain stock of all products in the company.
7. To prepare and manage sample bags for all marketing tours.
8. To maintain a list of samples and record the send & receive data.
9. To maintain all garment trims/accessories and record send & receive data
10. Manage sample dispatching to prospects and customers.
11. Also prepare the list of available stock in inventory for the smooth functioning of the production process
Key Skill required for the profile
1. Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of experience in the profile.
2. Strong communication skill both written and verbal.
3. Excellent knowledge of EXCEL to record, maintain, filter data
