ï‚· The incumbent should have strong verbal and written communication skills in
English.
ï‚· Customer Experience Executive will help customers with their queries and resolutions
to complaints.
ï‚· Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process
returns.
ï‚· Help customers understand the product and answering questions about their
pricing, features and benefits.
ï‚· Should be comfortable taking and answering Inbound calls, Emails. Should be social media savy.
