 The incumbent should have strong verbal and written communication skills in
English.
 Customer Experience Executive will help customers with their queries and resolutions
to complaints.
 Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process
returns.
 Help customers understand the product and answering questions about their
pricing, features and benefits.
 Should be comfortable taking and answering Inbound calls, Emails. Should be social media savy.
