We are seeking a mid-to-senior level UX Designer with experience working in an agile environment on e-commerce websites. Must be proficient in Sketch. Looking for someone with strong presentation skills that can communicate their design decisions effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Demonstrated track record in designing UX and IA for B2C ecommerce (e.g wireframes, comps, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, etc)

·         Experience with B2B is a plus

·         Expert knowledge of UX best practices (usability, interaction design, accessibility, navigation, etc)

·         Strong visual design skills (user interface design, iconography, etc)

·         Experience conducting user research and translating it into design decisions and strategic frameworks

·         Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (client, development, product management, marketing, etc) to translate business requirements

·         Ability to advocate for the best user experience while also being open to client feedback and iterating accordingly

·         Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and experience developing relationships with clients

·         Demonstrated track record of delivering timely and on budget

·         Impeccable organization, time management, and attention to detail

·         Self-motivated, ability to work independently

·         Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and other front end development frameworks is a plus.

·         Experience building or working with design systems is a plus.

·         Expertise in Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite and Framer (or prototyping equivalent) is preferred.

·         Must be proficient in Sketch.

·         5+ years of experience as a UX designer, information architect, or product designer in an agency, client, or consulting environment
