Job Description:

Position: Business Development Executive (Textile/ Designer house/ Architect)- Female

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-8 year

Salary: 25-35K

Industry: Fashion/ Textile/ Architect

Key responsibilities

·         Set up meetings with architects and IDs PAN India for the sales team via cold calling, emails and meetings

·         Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline

·         Send details of meetings to respective sales managers and add them to the calendar.

·         PR gifting for architects, IDs, and clients

·         Follow up with leads weekly and report to HOD and management

·         Increase current database on a daily basis 

·         Share daily report with conversion rate with HOD and management

Requirements

·         Excellent, enthusiastic, and dynamic communication on all channels (in-person, phone, and written)

·         Prior experience in relationship management or sales capacity, previous experience in Home textile industry is preferred

·         Flexibility and eagerness to do whatever is required and a willingness to shift responsibilities as needed based on demand

·         A team-player mentality who thrives in a collaborative environment and is receptive to feedback

·         A strong academic record with a Bachelor degree

·         Native fluency in English and Hindi
