· Short listing resume according to requirement
· Taking telephonic interview
· Scheduling interview of shortlisted candidates
· Maintain relationship with existing clients.
· Generate new clients
· Write recruitment proposals
· Suggest new idea for business growth
· Atlaast 6 month experience with recruitment firm
· Good communication skill – verbal and written
· Presentable, smart, negotiator
· Work in pressure and independent.
· Digital marketing knowledge prefer
· IT background prefers.
· Candidate must have own laptop or desktop with internet connectivity.
