Purpose:  

Dashboard reporting is a visual representation of Business key performance indicators (KPIs). Using data from reports, dashboard visuals provide charts and graphs to give an at-a-glance vision of Business performance.  This person will be responsible for understanding data and KPI and develop reports, dashboards used by business users.  This person will be expected to work both independently and in conjunction with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

·           Maintenance of Tableau Server environment on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud

·           Implementing visualizations and development of interactive Dashboards, Reports using Tableau. Publishing the worksheets, Dashboards to Tableau server

·           Documentation related to system setup, Change Requests and IT Audit.

·           Liasioning with other function on new projects and enhancements

Technical Experience:

·         Good experience in Business Intelligence implementations with Tableau.

·         Well versed with Tableau Server environment on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud.

·         Leverage   advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, Tableau APIs etc.) to create analytical dashboards.

·         Develop a strong understanding of business requirements working with business users / business analysts to define technical and process requirements. Tableau Dashboards Creating Tableau calculations, table calculations, LOD calculations, blending, actions, time period functions, parameters based on requirements

·         Experience in analyzing and creating reports on retail data preferably from SNOWFLAKE, SQL Server ,SAP (HANA), IBM(sterling), flat files in different formats (csv,xml,json etc) ,API end points.

·         Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures. Knowledge of formal database architecture and design. Good SQL experience.

·         Hands-on with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration.
