Job Description: A SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant who has relevant experience in US – Payroll &
AUS-Payroll (Single Point Touch) related configurations & in-depth experience of SAP Interfaces.
Technical Responsibilities:
1. One end-to-end implementation experience/2 Support project experience
2. Should be flexible to work on support, roll out and implementation projects
3. Experience in SAP HR
4. FS preparation for Interfaces, ABAP report
5. Creation of wage type
6. Creation of new Personnel area and configuring that countries payroll related activity
7. Able to write PCR, Schemas
8. Need to analyze payroll issue
9. US payroll related configuration
10. AUS payroll configuration

11. Single touch payroll (STP2) config
12. HRSP Testing
13. Good Communication Skills
Relevant Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Must Have Technical Qualifications: B.E/MBA (HR)
Must Have Business Qualifications:
1. Must possess experience in US – Payroll, AUS-Payroll, SAP Interface.
2. Must know writing Functional Specs for complex requirements
3. Co-ordinate with business & Onsite and Offshore Team Members
Nice to Have Qualifications:
1. Aware of the hiring process
2. Pay scale related to changes
3. Knowing Payroll rules
4. Relevant SAP HR/HCM Certification
