Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at our NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company).
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist customers in setting up their accounts and ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products or services.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in at least one regional language from Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is required to cater to the diverse customer base.
  • Documentation: Help customers complete necessary documentation and forms required for onboarding.
  • Troubleshooting: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the onboarding process promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree from Delhi University (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the regional language.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or onboarding roles is a plus.

Key Skill:
