Senior Designer - Womenswear

Job Description:

·        Design seasonal womenswear collections—from tops and bottoms to outerwear and occasion wear.

·        Create fabrics, prints, embellishments, and silhouette details aligned with market trends.

·        Build mood boards, line sheets, and color stories that reflect seasonal concepts.

·        Prepare detailed tech packs, including construction specs and trims, for development.

·        Coordinate with sourcing and product teams to manage sampling timelines.

·        Collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, manufacturers, and garment technologists to ensure proper fit and quality.

·        Create and refine patterns, prototypes, and sample modifications with manufacturers.

·        Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals, lookbooks, and promotional material for new collections.

·        Attend weekly fit sessions, offering design input and supporting garment technologists with CAD adjustments for fit feedback.

·        Prepare monthly release CAD boards for internal display.

·        Compile and deliver meeting note packs for design and sign-off sessions.
