Must have experience in fashion/ecommerce/retail industry

Must have experience in AR, reconciliation, month-end closing activities

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with exposure to fast-paced E-commerce or Marketplace environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis

·         Perform bank, customer, and GL reconciliations on a regular basis

·         Handle month-end closing activities including journal entries and reporting

·         Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with internal controls

·         Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements

·         Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution of reconciliation gaps

·         Assist in audits and provide required financial documentation

·         Drive process improvements for AR and closing cycles

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory

·         2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

·         Strong exposure to AR, reconciliations, and month-end close

·         Prior experience in E-commerce / Marketplace industry preferred

·         Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel

·         Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
