Position: Sales Engineer/Manager- Electrical LT & HT Switchboards
Location: Surat
Experience: 3+ year in Electrical LT & HT Switchboards sales
Qualification: BE/B. Tech. Electrical engineering
salary: Negotiable
To lead and drive overall sales growth of LT & HT electrical switchboards by achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, developing key customer relationships, and managing the sales team to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.
ROLE & RESPOSIBLITY:
- Lead sales of LT & HT switchboards
- Drive aggressive revenue growth and order booking targets
- Develop new business, key accounts, and project pipeline
- Expand presence in EPC, industrial, and utility segments
- Achieve annual turnover growth as per company targets
- Strengthen dealer, consultant, and contractor network
- Lead and mentor sales team for performance improvement
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for execution
COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Design & Engineering, Estimation Team, Production Department, Projects & Execution Team, Finance & Accounts, Purchase & Planning
- External: Consultants, EPC Contractors, Industrial Clients, Government Bodies, Channel Partners, OEM Suppliers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical). MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Worked in organisation of 100+ cr)
- Strong knowledge of LT/HT switchboards & switchgear industry
- Proven track record in revenue growth & large order acquisition
- Strategic sales planning and business expansion capability
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
