Technical Skill-

·         4-8 years experience in PostgreSQL & Relational Database like oracle.

·         Experience in message queuing, indexing, high performance data concepts & profiling database.

·         Expertise in database structure Design and dynamic APIs.

·         Experties in Git and Script maintenance for various environement & Cloud

·         Experience in JIRA

 

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Requirement understanding & data gathering conferring with business users/product owners

·         Subject matter expert with hands-on experience supporting PostgreSQL and non-postgreSQL databases

·         Developer should coordinate with front end developers and leadership to build effective databases.

·         Define the database structure and dynamic APIs, knowledge of message queuing, indexing, high performance data concepts & profiling database.

·         Keep a check with data structures and quality of data with DBAs.

·         Integrate & maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, views and all other DB entities while maintaining data quality, privacy & security.

·         Developer will be responsible for configuring, monitoring and improving PostgreSQL databases and its entities

·         Query analysis to understand how different teams are using the data

·         Take ownership of end to end activities working alongside a Data Engineer and migration activity from Oracle to Nosql database

·         Participating in code reviews, technical reviews

·         Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, and good troubleshooting capabilities.

·         Work in sync with other members of the Team , Understang the enitre Business flow , Taking ownership of Entire Database related tasks reporting to the Project Manager.
