Position- Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (
Digital )
Location- Gurgaon
Experience- 5-10 year

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the
Job):
Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates
to support the business
• End to end Store Hiring and ensure all deliverables are met
• Proactive sourcing of candidates for retail using different sourcing channels
like job portals, campuses, social media, etc.
• Working on ground with stakeholders to understand current and forward
projected manpower requirements
• Screening resumes, conducting initial screening, and run end to end
assessment centers
• Issue of the appointment letter and complete joining formalities
• Liaise with the L&D team to ensure a smooth onboarding
Key Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping,
research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing
• Proficient in working on Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint
Presentation)
